​PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN OF FENNER
 
            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Fenner will hold a public hearing on May 12, 2021 at 8:15 p.m. at the Town of Fenner Town Hall located at 3151 Fenner East Road in the Town of Fenner to consider the proposed local law entitled, “A local law changing the date for the meetings of the Board of Assessment Review of the Town of Fenner to hear complaints in relation to assessments.” This local law is intended to change the date for Grievance Day, which is normally the fourth Tuesday in May, to the second Monday after the fourth Tuesday of May, as authorized by section 512 of the Real Property Tax Law. All interested persons will be heard on this matter at this public hearing.
